Hope this helps. It changes the subtitle sync but not the speed. Lots of times subtitles keep getting delayed or advanced and you need to keep using F1 or F2 every few seconds.

People like you should be sculpted, and remembered for the ends of time. This tool will only work correctly if the subtitles and the video are out of sync by the same amount the whole video long.
If, for example, the first half of your subtitles have a delay of 5 seconds, and the second half by 10 seconds, then this tool won't work. In this case, you can try using the partial shifter tool.
